Christina is excited to direct such an over-the-top show for the Capital FRINGE Festival this year. Two years ago she traded in a slower life in North Carolina for the go-go-go of D.C. and has had the pleasure of directing many projects. Some of her favorite include a workshop of the national Suzan-Lori Parks theatre festival 365 Days/365 Plays, two productions of The Vagina Monologues in connection with the important work of the VDAY Initiative, and a D.C. premiere of Saturday Morning featured in the Inaugural Capital FRINGE Festival. In a former life she tried to convince high school students that she was teaching them theatre and dance. In between running from one rehearsal to the next, Christina spends her time dancing and perfecting margarita recipes, not necessarily in that order.
